這陣子念了很多政治的東西，當然，和現在臺面上所看到的某
些膚淺的政治人物不同的是（我是說“某一些唷 “，藍綠都有，
請對號入座），我念的是一門正統的政治學，但也不能說我已
經從裡頭了解多少了，但至少比起以前看到一些革命烈士的政
治事蹟，我已經從皮毛穿上小內褲了。
新公共行政的敏諾布魯克會議到八零年代初期的黑堡宣言，從
柏林圍牆倒塌二十年後看現在的世界，剛好，1989年的今天，
也就是十一月九號，155公里長，4公尺高的圍牆被莫名其妙的
推倒了，為什麼會這麼說呢？那是因為1989年的這一天，新東
德政府正要開始計畫放鬆對人民的旅遊計畫，結果當時的中央
政治局委員「Günter Schabowski」 對上級命令有了很大的誤
解，錯誤的宣佈柏林圍牆即將開放，導致數以萬計的東德人興
奮的走向街頭，把這座圍牆給拆了！十一個月之後，東西德也
走向統一。但也由於東西德兩邊的人民恨不得在1989年這一天
把圍牆拆了，所以導致剩下的圍牆已經不多了，取而代之的就
是照片上面地板上的圍牆線了。（拆的很莫名其妙吧！）
今天播放的第二首歌曲是德國著名的搖滾樂團 The Scorpions
為了柏林圍牆倒塌所作的歌曲 Wind of change，而第三首是由
U2樂團演唱的 Sunday Bloody Sunday， 這首歌則是為了要紀
念愛爾蘭獨立所引發的流血衝突而創作的。而關於這兩個國家
所發生的故事，我這邊可以推薦幾部電影，以東西德為題材的
電影可以去看「再見列寧」，而以愛爾蘭為題材的電影我可以
推薦「吹動大麥的風」，這兩部都挺感人的，不過關於愛爾蘭
的獨立我知道前幾年高雄電影展有播出「血色星期天」，當年
沒看到，後來 DVD 似乎也沒有發行，蠻遺憾的。
最後就放上這次第二首歌以及第三首歌的英文歌詞以及翻譯過
的歌詞。
